Mustard Seed is now looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals. Great careers begin with us!

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead a winning team that focuses on staff, guests, and outstanding food and service
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of running a great restaurant- scheduling, ordering, inventory, staffing, etc.
  • Build a team and culture that is best in the industry
  • Ensure brand standards are executed
  • Ensure profitability in their store
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have previous restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant
  • Drive their team to give the best service

This job requires:

  • 50 hours a week

The Mustard Seed was started in 1978 in Missoula, Montana by a group of friends and family. Included in that group were sisters Betty and Nancy Tokumoto and Betty's husband, David Hall. Betty and Nancy grew up in Okinawa, Bangkok, and Hawaii and attended college in Oregon; so, they have a unique ability to blend the cooking styles of the Far East with the tastes of the Pacific Northwest. Our recipes were created or inspired by the Tokumoto sisters.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year including bonuses
